About R&R

My name is Samantha Brodeur and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a graduate of Sacred Heart University’s DPT program. I currently practice in outpatient physical therapy and am passionate about providing individualized, one-on-one care that helps people better understand their bodies and move with confidence.

My approach combines hands-on treatment with movement education, mobility strategies, and myofascial techniques. I have a particular interest in dry needling, cupping, massage, and myofascial release, and enjoys working with fitness enthusiasts, individuals experiencing chronic tightness or stiffness, and those looking to take a proactive approach to their long-term health.

I believe physical therapy can be more than simply treating pain or injury—it can be an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of your body, build confidence through movement, and create habits that support lifelong health and wellbeing.

While I can work with existing injuries and movement-related pain, I do not operate as a traditional rehabilitation clinic for acute injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, or hospital-based recovery.
